Photo Guide
Try to pick a photo that meets these four simple criteria; no need for fancy cameras — smartphones work great! Our team checks all submitted photos and will reach out to you if the photo isn't good enough, to help you pick a better one.

Get close
Close-up shots with your pet's face and a bit of neck/chest clearly visible are ideal.

Eye level
Try to pick a photo that's roughly around your pet's eye level.

No flash
Make sure there's plenty of light — natural daylight with your pet facing the light is perfect.
